Description:
A political cartoon about a metaphorical train of Soviet socialist progress (helmed by Stalin) which keeps going ahead despite the attempts of external and internal forces to derail it.
The very end of the film shows the Palace of the Soviets, which never ended up being built, due to the outbreak of WW2 and Stalin's death.
The above is a fan-restoration that removes hard-coded English subtitles that had been added to the video release, though the image is kind of blurry.
