Description:
A gentle film about the reminiscences of cherished youth, starring a dog, a cat, a rooster, a frog and a man. Adapted from the 1940 short story by Konstantin Paustovskiy.
Wordless except for a bit of nonessential text at the very end.
The original story can be read here (in Russian). The adaptation keeps many of the scenes, characters and intention from its literary source but changes some significant details.
