Description:
A bear, monkey, donkey and billy goat decide to form a musical quartet, but don't know how to play. Based on the fable by Ivan Krylov.

This film was originally made in 1935 and was one of the most popular Soviet cartoons of that decade. However, that version is now lost, and all that exists is this remake (made by the same director).
The video source above has a big watermark from the Russian State Film Archive, but is otherwise the best available.
