Description:
A careless hare-tailor doesn't discharge his obligations in time. During the summer while the hare sewed suits for the bear cubs they grew and the lambs which were cut became thin and the suits didn’t fit them. Angry customers showed displeasure to the hare.
One of the very early Soyuzmultfilm cartoons.
The first video is a much better copy, as more of the picture is visible (for example, in the title card, the rightmost letter is not cut off).
