Description:

A family comedy about a young prince who sets out on a mission to find a missing Princess from the neighboring kingdom. Along the way, he meets a dopey dragon who isn't quite who he says he is.

Made in 2017, but premiered in 2020. Funded by the Cinema Foundation of Russia, it cost 105.5 million rubles and made 54 million at the Russian box office. The Chinese studio Ori Animation was involved in the animation.

The first video above is the original Russian version, and the second is the English dub that was also released. The subtitles are out of sync for the second video after around the 48-minute mark.

I've only seen parts of this, but it seems to be a rather "average" example of the sort of commercial animated features that tend to get made in Russia these days. The reviews are mixed, though the English dub seems to have gotten worse reviews than the Russian one.
