Once upon a time, a cat owned a windmill. A charming but little-known animated feature from Latvia, based on a beloved story written in 1913 by Kārlis Skalbe.

The second video is the Russian dub, which was shown just once on television in 1995, then never again. According to a 2010 interview with the director by a fan of the film, this may have been because the TV channel had not actually bought the rights.
