An animated film on traffic safety with a character named Telesphorus.
Commissioned by the Lithuanian SSR Ministry of Internal Affairs State Automobile Inspectorate. Music performed by the Lithuanian Television and Radio Light Music Orchestra, conducted by A. Koncius.
The film is briefly mentioned in this article about Lithuanian cinema. It was one of a number of amateur productions made in the 1960s and 1970s; the Lithuanian state did not start to directly fund animation until 1983 (the last of all Soviet republics to do so).
