Description:
A slapstick animation after a tale by Mark Twain about a clerk trying to master the art of riding on a bicycle.
Directed by Rassa Strautmane. Although Latvian in origin Rassa worked all her active career in Moscow. First at Soyuzmultfilm, then at Ekran, and then returning again to Soyuzmultfilm. After her retirement she returned to Latvia.
