A little girl goes into the forest, meets a magical mushroom-woodsman, and learns the value of hard work in berry-picking. Based on Valentin Katayev's children's story.

One summer day, three friends Pyotr, Zhenya and Pavlik went into the woods to pick up berries. As it turned out, it was hard work, which little Zhenya did not like. But she met an old boletus mushroom, an indigenous woodsman and local chief of mushrooms and berries. He gave the girl a magic pipe that, while playing, parts the grass so that the berries become clearly visible. However, in exchange for the pipe, he asked for her jug. To gather berries it was necessarily to have both. As a result, Zhenya came to the right decision, and began to collect the strawberries with her own hands.

The original story can be read here (in Russian).

The first video link above is sharper. The second one has warmer (but probably less accurate, on the whole) colours.
